Instruction: Implementation of minimum wage for workers/employees in the textile, garment, footwear, and travel goods and bag manufacturing sectors for 2026
On 31 December 2025, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training issued an instruction on the implementation of minimum wage for workers/employees in the textile, garment, footwear, and travel goods and bag manufacturing sectors for 2026.
The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training would like to advise and remind the owners of enterprises, companies, and factories in the textile, garment, footwear, and travel goods and bag manufacturing sectors to implement the minimum wage for 2026, starting from January 1, 2026, with payments made twice a month.
